Personal Data, Personal Information, and Account Deletion: All users have the right to delete their personal data and information from TheCapeTutor. You may initiate data erasure through one of the following methods:

  1. Account deletion: Access your account settings via "Dashboard" -> "Account Settings" -> "Delete My Account." This action permanently removes all personal data, information, and profile photos (if any) from TheCapeTutor system and website, and is irreversible.

  2. Contact support: Alternatively, you can email support@thecapetutor.com to request the erasure of your personal data and information. Once processed, all personal data, information, and profile photos (if any) will be permanently removed from TheCapeTutor system and website within three business days, and cannot be reversed.
